**Job Purpose**:
To ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor management, inventory control, logistics, and timely availability of materials required for laundry operations. The role involves coordinating between vendors, internal teams, and customers to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Procurement & Vendor Management**:
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, uniforms, and machine spare parts.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels of consumables and spare parts.
- Implement stock tracking and minimize wastage/pilferage.
- Regular reporting of inventory status.
- **Logistics & Distribution**:
- Plan and manage transportation for pickup and delivery of laundry (B2B/B2C as applicable).
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and receipt.
- Ensure route optimization to save time and cost.
- **Process Coordination**:
- Collaborate with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted laundry services.
- Track material flow from vendor to warehouse to processing units.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and related documents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify gaps in supply chain processes and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Work on digitization/automation for better efficiency.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management tools/software (ERP preferred).
- Good understanding of logistics operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations (MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in service/manufacturing/FMCG/laundry industry.
- Exposure to handling consumables, chemicals, or logistics will be an added advantage.

- 9-11 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in at least two of the following modules: CPQ, Planning, MFG, OM, INV, Cost Management.
- Minimum of two SCM project implementations.
- Hands-on experience with BPM.
- Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and training.
- Ability to independently manage the SCM track, interact with clients, and conduct business requirement and training sessions.
- Experience conducting CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing SCM Cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution, and customization across modules.
- Thorough knowledge of end-to-end P2P or O2C cycle and Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent communication and strong client-facing skills.
- Experience working with Oracle support for issue resolutions.
- Experience in SCM data upload/migration (FBDI & ADFDi) and resolving related issues.
- Experience supporting period closure activities.
- High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations between SCM modules and other modules (e.g., Projects, Procurement, Financials, HCM).
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
