Job Title: Forecasting Analyst - Business Growth
We are seeking a skilled Forecasting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate long-term forecasts of staffing needs.
Your primary objective will be to analyze historical data, identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform our business strategies and ensure adequate staffing levels are projected.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate this knowledge into your forecasting models.
In addition to your analytical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns and develop long-term forecasts of staffing needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate this knowledge into your forecasting models.
- Develop and maintain accurate and reliable forecasting models.
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Company profile:
What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities):
- Maintain and close monthly books of accounts
- Handle GST, TDS compliance and related filings
- Manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables
- Support monthly reviews, annual audits, and statutory audits
- Assist with information security audits & compliance communication
- Lead operational tasks (travel bookings, performance appraisals, onboarding/offboarding)
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and get exposure to leadership planning
Who we’re looking for (Qualifications):
- CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, budgeting, financial analysis
- Advanced skills in MS Excel ;
good command of MS Word - High attention to detail, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
