**Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced SAP Forecast & Replenishment (FnR) Consultant to support our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FnR and a strong understanding of retail supply chain processes. This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FnR to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning across stores and distribution centers.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Lead the implementation and support of SAP FnR for retail clients.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FnR solutions.
· Configure and customize SAP FnR modules to meet client-specific needs.
· Develop and optimize forecasting models using historical data, promotions, and seasonal trends.
· Design replenishment strategies based on reorder points, target stock levels, and service level goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, merchandising, and store operations.
· Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
· Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
· Ensure seamless integration with SAP Retail, SAP BW, and other relevant systems.
**Required Skills & Experience**
· 5+ years of experience in SAP FnR implementation and support.
· Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes, especially forecasting and replenishment.
· Hands-on experience with SAP Retail, SAP BW, and integration points with SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
· Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques and inventory optimization.
· Experience with fresh product forecasting and multi-stage replenishment scenarios.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· SAP certification in FnR or related modules is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field.
· Experience working with large retail organizations.
· Familiarity with SAP CAR, POSDTA, and consuming applications of SAP FnR.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
