Product Manager – B2B Integration


Job Objective

JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.



Job Responsibilities

  • As a JiBe Integration expert, you will advise our customers on the best approach to integration challenges and the most effective use of our platform
  • Analyze individual customer requirements and create concepts for customized solutions
  • Implement complex technical solutions based on the JiBe product portfolio
  • Accompany our customers during the smooth start-up with solution-specific documentation, customer-specific training and as a technical contact person for questions and problems
  • Typically, you will work in a mixed team consisting of customer employees and JiBe experts, either remotely or on-site at the customer's premises
  • Depending on your personal experience, you will take responsibility for individual sub-projects
  • Through your feedback to our product management you will actively contribute to the further development of our products



Qualifications:

  • A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You enjoy complex challenges, have a strong analytical mindset and prefer to work independently and on your own responsibility
  • Experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions, especially in the integration environment (B2B/MFT/API) make you interesting for us
  • You have sound general IT know-how (operating systems, databases, networks, security, .)
  • You ideally have several years of experience in working with an integration platform (SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG, etc.)
