- Advocate for the needs of neonates and their families within the healthcare setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Karnataka.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with at least 1 year of direct experience in a NICU setting.
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Strong understanding of neonatal pathophysiology and advanced nursing skills.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
