Role & responsibilities
Key Result Areas:
Co-ordinate for statutory approvals for projects.
Co-ordination with Authorities for company's property related matters.
Contribution to Divisional Initiatives.
Job Description:
Process proposals for services viz. Water Supply, Drainage Disposal, Electricity supply, for Industrial Maintenance and Housing Projects undertaken by company.
Co-ordination and communication with External Consultants for design and Government Authorities for statutory approvals for projects.
Verification of inputs received from Consultant, and timely release written communication in consultation with all concerned.
Timely statutory payments relating to company's properties.
Assist Legal Department in their submissions and filing appeals in land matters.
Maintenance of non-agricultural Tax payment data.
Contribution to various divisional initiatives such as; IMS, Business Excellence, Kaizen, Safety, etc.
8.Candidate should have detailed knowledge on salient provisions of Development Plans sanctioned under MRTP Act 1966 in Maharashtra.
9.Candidate should have detailed knowledge on provisions of DCPR 2034 for Mumbai and UDCPR for Maharashtra.
10.Candidate should have basic knowledge on Revenue Records for lands in India.

Role & responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Macro Market Research (Global Trends, Pan India, MMR, MCGM) by Analyzing current brand positioning, metrics, industry overview and consumer insights to keep abreast of trends and market movements.
- Micro Market Research (Central Suburbs and immediate catchment) by Identification of key competition projects by carrying out site visits, tear down analysis & preparation of reports to understand the price corrections, schemes, differentiators and learnings for Experience Centre, specifications, locality, social infra, eco-system, price sheets and payment schemes, etc.
- Track of market dynamics by studying information through various sources such as newspaper, magazines, IPC and other reports, exhibitions, expositions, conclaves, project visits.

- Ensure compliance with aerospace welding standards (e.g., AWS D17.1, AS9100, NADCAP).
- Metallurgy knowledge for aerospace grade materials

- Review and approve WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
