Job Title: Hardware Engineer – PCB & Schematic Design
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer with 2 to 4 Years expertise in PCB design and schematic development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet quality, performance, and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· PCB & Schematic Design:
- Create and review detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, Or CAD, KiCad).
- Develop circuit designs, select components, and optimize layouts for signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.
· Prototyping & Testing:
- Collaborate with the prototyping team to build and test hardware prototypes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the design and production phases.
· Design Validation & Documentation:
- Conduct design reviews, verification, and validation of hardware designs to meet specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate hardware and software functionalities seamlessly.
- Communicate design concepts and technical details eƯectively with team members and stakeholders.
· Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in hardware engineering.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance design eƯiciency, reliability, and performance.
Qualifications:
· Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience:
Fresher.
· Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCad).
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, signal integrity, power management, and high-speed design techniques.
- Experience with simulation and analysis tools is a plus.
· Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
