We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with expertise in Linux and AWS to join our managed hosting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is a plus.
