We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Retail Hiring to join our Human Resources team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline retail roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support store operations across locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the retail talent market.

- Coordinate with store managers and area HRs to understand manpower requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer finalization.
Talent Sourcing – Leverage job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
Screening & Interviews – Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Building Talent Pipelines – Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaboration – Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience – Ensure smooth and engaging interactions throughout the hiring process.
Diversity & Inclusion – Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates.
Data-Driven Hiring – Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
Onboarding Support – Assist in the smooth transition of new hires into the company.
Market Research – Stay updated on hiring trends and competitor strategies.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education – Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience – At least 3 months of recruitment experience (preferably in sales hiring).
- Skills & Tools: Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple roles in a
- fast-paced startup environment: Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software. Relationship-building and networking skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media recruiting. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
