We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client support, handle inquiries, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and prior experience in the travel and tourism industry. Knowledge of international travel packages, ticketing, and visa-related services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to support lead generation for tours and travel packages.
Call and identify potential clients interested in holiday packages, ticketing, hotel bookings, and related travel services.
Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels (phone, email, networking, etc.).
Understand client travel needs and present customized travel solutions.
Promote the company's services, including international/domestic tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
Meet periodic targets for qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.
Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals.
Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal promotions, and competitive offerings.
Work closely with management to align sales and service strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, telesales, or travel consultancy (preferred in the tours & travel industry).
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with travel booking systems, call etiquette, and customer handling standards.
Ability to handle objections professionally and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

He is also responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding a particular business. Their ultimate goal is to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between them. He may also be required to give trial classes to potential students.

● Ability to call US Customers to explain about our program.
● Follow up with customers to ensure about the classes.
● Be able to get trained and take trial classes.
