Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative in the sheet metal industry, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate sheet metal products, understanding specifications, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and promptly entered into the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Product Knowledge:
- Educate customers on product offerings, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Problem Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving to find prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management level for further investigation and resolution.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and proactive assistance.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions or recommendations to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software or other designated systems.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and issues to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
- Education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the sheet metal industry or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
