**Main Responsibilities**
+ Trusted Business Partner:
+ Understand and contribute to the business strategies in particular function and support the business needs through aligned people priorities, initiatives, solutions and execution

+ Enhance cross functional and international collaboration
+ Facilitates and embeds HR initiatives aligned with the business agenda of local leaders
+ Partners with Function HRBP and HR COEs to provide support on the design and implementation of new and cyclical programmes at the local level including learning & development, rewards and talent acquisition teams
+ Acts as a liaison between the local leaders and HR to ensure that HR strategy and services are aligned with internal client needs

+ Improve the day-to-day experience for our people, support employee engagement activities to make AVEVA a great place to work and attract the next generation of talent
+ Understands and solicits employee opinions and anticipates their needs and concerns

**What You Bring**
**Required:**
+ Min. 5 years' work experience in a relevant field
+ MSc / BSc in Human Resources or Psychology / Business Administration / Finance preferred
+ Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday); Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
+ Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, labor relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
+ Good knowledge of the Indian Labor Legislations.

- Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends.
- Facilitates Performance development activities like goal setting, Appraisal and Performance feedback as per company standards.
- Design and execute the employee engagement framework (including employee townhall, Reward & recognition, leadership connect, .) in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication; grievance handling; counseling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.

The Senior People & Culture Partner uses a strong expertise in the field to work autonomously in implementing initiatives related to attracting, developing and retaining a talented and committed workforce. The key areas of responsibility include associate relations, organization development/effectiveness and training, talent and performance management, rewards and recognition and communication. The Sr. People & Culture Partner builds partnerships with key stakeholders within one large business segment or multiple smaller business segments or locations, the majority of the support is given to senior leaders within that business segment. This role responds to inquiries from Associates regarding People & Culture processes and procedures within the professional level support groups. Essential Job Functions
Leadership
- Supports the leadership team on people and culture related matters, policies and procedures. Strategic leadership development. Demonstrates outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills when working with internal and external partners.
Partnership
- Ensures people and organizational capabilities required by the business in the mid and long term are understood and actioned. Partners with the business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Works with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues. Partners with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential. Partners with the associate engagement, and living well team to create and implement innovative associate engagement solutions.
Performance Improvement and Documentation
- Reviews and analyzes business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance retention, and employee experience. Assesses business training needs for associates, and partners with the L&D team to identify an appropriate plan of action.
