Join the Koch Capabilities HR team as an HR Director, where you'll partner with leaders to help employees self-actualize and maximize their contributions. In this role, you'll build trusted relationships across different capability teams, empowering leaders to transform and drive long-term business success. As a key partner to the Koch Capabilities India Site Leader, you'll help shape culture and advance talent strategies that enable each capability to achieve its vision and priorities. You'll have broad HR responsibilities, including leadership coaching and development, strategic workforce planning, organizational transformation, change management, and employee relations. As a supervisor, you'll also lead and develop the India-based Koch Capabilities Business HR team.

- Experience in either an HR role or a supervisory role at Koch.
- Proven ability to influence supervisors and build business relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust and influence at all levels.

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary HR leader to establish and lead the Human
Resources function. This role is central to building a world-class academic and administrative

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the university’s mission and international standards.
Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance.
Build and nurture a strong organizational culture that reflects the university’s values and global outlook.
Partner with academic and administrative leaders to support workforce planning and talent development.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven leadership experience in building and scaling HR functions.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, university HR operations, and accreditation frameworks (e.G., UGC, NAAC, AICTE).
Familiarity with global regulatory bodies and international accreditation standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools is a plus.
