Role Overview
As an HR Manager at Zensciences, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement,
strengthening culture, and enhancing productivity across the organization. You will act as a
custodian of people experience—building programs that balance business outcomes with
employee wellbeing. This is an in-office role in Bangalore (Monday–Friday), ideal for someone

environment. This is not a conventional HR role. We are looking for a modern people leader

Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, motivation, and retention.
