Purpose of the Role: The Data & MIS Professional in Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in managing and analyzing recruitment data to streamline hiring processes and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:

Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure proper data capture throughout the hiring process.
- Educate and guide the team on best practices for data entry and management.
- Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when required to resolve data discrepancies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports on hiring metrics, such as candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and reporting processes.
- Implement and uphold data quality standards within the talent acquisition function.
Training and Support:
- Train team members on using MIS tools and understanding reporting requirements.
- Support the team by troubleshooting data-related issues.
Key Skills Required:
Data Visualization Tools:
- Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, macros).
Reporting & Presentation:
- Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear, impactful presentations.
Automation Tools:
- Experience with automating mailers and reports via tools like Power Automate, VBA, or Google Workspace Automation .
Data Analysis:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data-driven insights.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic SQL for data extraction (preferred).
Preferred Certifications:

The HR Risk Manager within HR is responsible for leading risk management activities within the HR function and continuing the journey to embed risk management in all aspects of HR work. The HR Risk lead is responsible for designing the strategy and work plan for the function and ensuring all activities are delivered against that plan. Further, they lead on all functional and leadership communications, and change management in respect of risk management and ensuring the agenda is understood, resources are aligned and delivery is managed.
The HR Risk lead represents HR within centralized risk management forums and projects, providing HR risk management insight into central programs to ensure work driven into HR is proportionate and appropriate. The HR Risk lead owns controls testing for HR;

The HR Risk lead ensures HR compliance through continued evolution of compliance programs/controls and challenging processes/activities through testing to ensure compliance is sustained, and maintains a level of oversight of critical compliance processes. The role also includes designing new risk related programs of work to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues, and leading on resolution;

Job Summary:
Motivated and collaborative Consultant with foundational experience in HR transformation, change management, and organizational culture initiatives within the UK consulting landscape. Supports project delivery through research, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and cultural diagnostics. Demonstrates a strong interest in driving people-centric change and aligning HR processes with evolving business needs and cultural values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports UK HR transformation and change management engagements by contributing to change strategy development, stakeholder mapping, and communication planning.
- Assists in documenting HR process workflows and change impact assessments using tools such as Visio and ARIS.
- Contributes to cultural assessment activities, including survey design, data analysis, and reporting on organizational behaviors and values.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business integration and adoption of new HR systems and processes.
- Participates in project planning, meeting coordination, and issue tracking during HR transformation roll outs.
- Utilises survey tools such as Qualtrics and OrgVue to gather insights and measure change and culture effectiveness.
- Prepares initial proposal drafts by gathering information, formatting content, and supporting approval workflows
- Engages in stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture current state HR operations and change readiness.
- Supports day-to-day activities of change management advisory engagements, including documentation, implementation support, and project reviews.
- Assists in reviewing business processes and change enablement plans, providing input to senior consultants and managers.
- Contributes to internal capability building and knowledge sharing initiatives within the Human Capital Advisory (HCA) team.
Qualification:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, ARIS, Qualtrics, OrgVue, and survey tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
