Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
