The Lead Business Systems Analyst functionally leads a team of Business Systems Analysts who develop business and functional work products to support new projects and existing applications for the organization.

This Mobile Product Owner position is to support the Mobile iOS and Android Scrum teams. The Product Owner is responsible for supporting business, customers, and internal stakeholders, as well as for projects and initiatives throughout the Agile development life cycle. They verify and monitor production support inquiries.

•    Acts as Agile Product Owner for Mobile iOS and Android Scrum teams

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? 

· During your first two months on the job, you will work on understanding the product architecture, existing product development tools, and release process. You are expected to gain knowledge in the domain and the technology your team is already using. Participating in the team’s scope and architectural discussions. 

· At the sixth-month mark, it is expected that you will have a good understanding of your responsibilities, the goals of the project, and the processes and tools required to complete your work effectively. You will collaborate with your peers/other engineers in the team and the product management team to construct the product backlog, establish project boundaries with
