Position Overview:
The mission of the Production Planner is to be responsible for communication with the Customer Service Center and production.
Main Missions :
- Control the Maintenance of the Article File as well as the maintenance of Schedule agreements (Especially the Bom Number explosion in the management of technical changes).
- Control the proper processing of the Customer's Order received by EDI.
- Control the visibility of the logistics chain.
- Validate the weekly actualization of the Capacity Plan.
- Lead the weekly PHM meeting.
- Prepare and prepare the monthly meeting of the SOP.
- Control the Integration of the Production Plan (Short Term and Forecast) into the System.
- Control the boarding plans that must satisfy the Customer's orders on time.
- Guarantee of production and delivery of the right references with the right quantity and at the right time.
- Control production realization and KPI
- Participate QRQC analyze
- Validate and report analysis of Customer orders in comparison with the installed / demonstrated capacity in order to support the Management in decision-making.
- Communication with CSC regarding order fluctuations (reduction and increase of orders).
- Negotiation with the CSC of the delivery plan of the fluctuation of the order which takes into consideration the conditions of the factory.
- Validate the Premium Documentation based on an obvious justification (Authorization Email received from the CSC).
- Control of the stock of the finished product in order to avoid dead stocks / Obsolescence.
- In the event of a plan to catch up on production delays, ensure that the necessary adjustments are reflected in the System.
- Ensure that the implementation of change meetings and the communication of the remainder to be produced from the current level in order to move to the new level.
- Ensure the communication of the remainder to be produced validated by the YMK team at the CSC.
- Guarantee of the delivery plan of the remainder to be produced. In case of deviation, alert the Management in time to take the necessary actions.
- Ensure that the System order of the new Project is maintained in order to order the raw material on time.
- "Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949), the application Lear procedures, the application of health and safety rules within the work area (ISO 14001 & OHSAS and the 5S principles."
- Continuous improvement activity and cost saving
To be successful for this role :
- University Degree
- Strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in Supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and production planning
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP system
- Good knowledge of in Office tools (Excel)
- Good analytical vision.

- Good communication skills in both French and English

Position Overview :
Il s'agit de soutenir Lear Tunisie en planifiant, déterminant et contrôlant les besoins en matières et en tenant à jour une base de données d'inventaire. Les titulaires de ce poste contrôlent les matériaux en étudiant les stocks, les objectifs de niveau de service et les plannings de production ; en s'entretenant avec les équipes de production ; en élaborant des plans et des priorités en matière de stocks ; en surveillant les niveaux de stocks, les délais, la taille des lots et les taux de remplissage ; en évaluant les changements de matériaux/processus prévus et proposés ; en identifiant et en résolvant les problèmes des fournisseurs ; et en élaborant des solutions pour les projets de lancement en réponse à une exigence de livraison JIT (juste-à-temps).
Les missions supplémentaires comprendront (mais ne se limiteront peut-être pas à) :
- Communiquer avec le planificateur de la production en cas de modification des prévisions de production, afin d'ajuster la planification et la commande des matériaux.
- Examiner les informations du MRP pour vérifier la décision d'achat et fournir les options pour la prise de décision de l'équipe de gestion.
- S'assurer que les performances des fournisseurs respectent l'accord et répondent aux exigences spécifiques de LEAR.
- Aider le planificateur des matériaux à communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour la confirmation des commandes.
- Collecter la documentation de tous les documents liés en cas de défaillance d'un fournisseur auprès du responsable de la planification des matériaux:
- Informations sur les retards des fournisseurs
- Plainte interne auprès du service des achats
- Carnets de commandes hebdomadaires
- Soutenir le planificateur de matériel pour la documentation de l'interruption de la production due à la défaillance du fournisseur.
- S'assurer que le formulaire de transport spécifique est émis lorsqu'il est nécessaire avant qu'il ne soit effectué.
- Assurer le suivi de chaque planificateur de matériel, suivre de près tout ECN ouvert et s'assurer que les personnes concernées sont mises à jour.
- Examiner au moins une fois par semaine avec chaque planificateur le rapport sur les arriérés et dresser ensemble une liste d'actions.
- En cas d'alerte de pénurie de matériaux, communiquer avec tous les départements/équipes concernés (IE/PE/Qualité, Planification de la production, Imp. & Ex. Etc.) 10 pour hiérarchiser les activités.
- Recueillir suffisamment d'informations pour que les importateurs et les exportateurs puissent critiquer le propriétaire pour ses manquements dans la collecte des matériaux et les activités de commande dans le centre de consolidation, etc
- Coordonner avec l'importation et l'exportation pour réclamer la responsabilité de leurs échecs.
- Élaborer un rapport hebdomadaire d'analyse des commandes en cours et élaborer un plan d'action pour éviter tout risque de stock élevé, de stock mort, etc.
- Responsable de l'utilisation de la gestion des excédents de Lear, surveiller la situation des achats et des ventes de stocks morts sur une base mensuelle.
- Proposer des actions d'amélioration continue
- Promouvoir l'esprit d'équipe, Former le personnel, Evaluation des performances et discipline, Définir les besoins de formation
- Responsable de la mise en place d'un comportement adéquat des personnes chargées du contrôle des stocks pour le système de gestion de l'environnement, de la 17 santé et de la sécurité, et responsable de la coordination en cas d'urgence.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir :
- Diplôme universitaire
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire dans l'industrie automobile (souhaitable)
- Bonnes compétences en matière de supervision
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication
- Bonne connaissance des exigences de l'industrie automobile
- Bonnes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à impliquer tout le monde

Main Missions:
- Achieve manufacturing process quality targets during launch and pre-serial production.
- Manage all quality and efficiency-related launch activities within the plant, acting as the voice of the plant's manufacturing organization.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the manufacturing team.
- Plan and execute each project's , ensuring targets are met according to the project schedule shared with the customer.
- Prepare and share reports with the Project NPI Engineer and the project team.
- Ensure timely execution of the First Production Trial (FPT) for each assigned project, including transferred projects and new launches, by following up on daily planning and managing the FPT action plan.
- Manage project ramp-up according to the project plan and monitor actual ramp-up curves against standard ramp-up curves, providing weekly updates and convergence action plans.
- Conduct plant launch readiness reviews and ensure the closure of action plans prior to the project's SOP date.
- Monitor capacity planning for the project and escalate any deviations from the plan.
- Escalate any launch issues immediately upon occurrence.
- Participate in strategic planning activities to enhance launch performance.
- Support the Program Manager, Sales, and Engineering teams in the Project Approval Request (PAR) process for Capital Expenditure by providing manufacturing and operations input.
- Track and follow up on Capex spending, ensuring deliveries align with the approved PAR.
To be a success in this role you must have:
- IT, Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (or any equivalent qualification)
- 3– 6 years working experience in automotive sector in the following fields of activity: process engineering/ project management/ product industrialization/ Manufacturing.
- Cable of Applying comprehensive knowledge, understanding of concepts and able to perform varied tasks and projects.
- May contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Works on complex projects of large scope
- Accountable, completes work on time and compiles and checks the correctness of master data independently/ able to seeks the necessary assistance from experts and colleagues by himself.

Position overview:
Our future process engineer will be responsible for setting and optimizing the process flow in the plant. Designing and managing the Manufacturing of tooling and improve continuously the process and equipment.
Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to):
- Define, install and release Manufacturing processes and ensure their their PFMEA analysis
- Comply with schedule of production line transfers and new project lauching plannings
- Lead and implement engineering changes, with minimal investment and a drive for zero obsolescence
- Ensure effective process planning with the goal to maximize resource utilization
- Update and maintain standard work instructions (SWI)
- Conduct method and time studies as a tool to optimize resource planning
- Review and manage Process FMEA using APiS software

To be a success in this role you must have:
- Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or any equivalent qualification)
- 3 to 5 years working Experience
- A proven track record in the automotive industry
- Good Communications Skills
- A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial.
- Solid Experience in PFMEA analysis
- A good experience in the utilization MS Office package, AUTOCAD.

Need to work in Dedicatedly US hours – No rotation (Night shift)
Design and implement complex network architecture to meet business requirements
Able to configure, manage and troubleshoot CISCO/PaloAlto/Aruba/VeloCloud/F5 networking devices, including routers, switches, firewalls to maintain a robust network infra
