ETF & Benchmarking Solutions provides a comprehensive view of the global ETF market to support the needs of all participants, from issuers and buy-side investors to brokers and market makers.
The EBS Client Service team are subject matter experts who strive to deliver a best-in-class experience in product support, relationship management and customer communications.
**Responsibilities and Impact:**
The role is based in our Noida office, covering EMEA market hours, working alongside colleagues locally and London to ensure that client requests are resolved effectively.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop deep knowledge of EBS products and systems to support clients and ensure that our business applications run smoothly.
Client service team members collaborate with internal groups such as product management, operations, technology, and sales to resolve problems or deliver product enhancements aimed at retaining existing customers and increasing revenues to the business.
You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers in top-tier financial institutions on the buy-side and sell-side, as you improve their end-user experience and ensure they operate our applications effectively.
+ Manage incoming customer requests using internal systems and processes.
+ Understand the needs of different customers and work with internal product, technical & operations teams to deliver solutions that meet requirements.
+ Troubleshoot customer application UI and backend databases against various application systems errors, while providing customer feedback and progress visibility.
+ Manage the communication and relationship between clients and the business.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements aimed at retaining existing customers or delivering new revenue opportunities for the business.
+ Drive continual improvement of the client service processes.
+ Work alongside colleagues in major financial hubs around the world including London, New York and Hong Kong.
**What We're Looking For:**
**Basic Required Qualifications:**
+ Able to self-organize, schedule, and prioritize effectively.
+ Manage multiple tasks and deliver to a high standard while meeting tight deadlines.
+ Advanced working knowledge of main Microsoft Office programs required.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
+ Experience with client facing responsibilities an advantage.
+ Interest in working with software systems and technology.

About The Role:
The Lead Cloud Operations Specialist provides day-day support for all the ongoing incidents and aligns with ITSM's strategic direction. Collaborating directly with the leadership team of ITSM, this position demands a high level of adaptability and quick thinking to achieve success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Defining war room procedures, establishing communication channels, and ensuring all necessary resources (tools, data dashboards) are readily available for incident response
- Leading discussions during war room meetings, keeping the team focused, and ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities
- Capturing key decisions, actions taken, and lessons learned during the incident for future reference
- Take charge of the war room, leading the response team (engineers, support specialists) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting the SaaS product(s)
- Gathering and analyzing real-time data to understand the scope and impact of the incident
- Prioritizing actions, delegating tasks, and making critical decisions to resolve the incident efficiently
- Keeping stakeholders (internal and external) informed about the situation, progress, and estimated resolution time

- Drive and facilitate resolution via Teams as an incident commander with excellent executive presence, communications, collaboration skills
- Collaborate and align with Leaders across Engineering, Sales, Corporate Comms, and Legal to accelerate incident resolution, remove blockers, and provide a high level of service to our customers

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting a global 24x7x365 incident management team in an enterprise SaaS environment
- 5+ years of technical experience (Support, Services, IT, Engineering) at a tech company with exposure working with complex customer base
- 3+ years of working in a Cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure; GCP preferred) environment
- 3+ years of working in a scrum/agile/SRE environment (hands-on experience will be a PLUS)
- 3+ years of working in on-call support rotation model and PagerDuty experience
