Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Economics, Social Work). Certification in Financial Literacy, BFSI, or NISM/NABARD modules is desirable. Experience: 1–5 years in training or community outreach roles, preferably in financial inclusion, SHG training, or BFSI skill projects.
