Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Implementation Engineer with experience in the Cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch Management solutions. As a Presales Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in working with customers to understand their requirements, assisting in the presales process, and ensuring smooth implementation of security solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.
- Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
- Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos.
