- Manage all aspects of program implementation for large-scale projects ranging in scope, size, and complexity
- Plan and implement new programs within agreed-upon time frames and in accordance with documented contractual requirements
- Manage multiple implementation projects of varying complexity, scope, and timeline concurrently
- Utilize and adhere to established project management governance and related tools and protocols
- Analyze existing service models to ensure future state solution alignment

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relative experience
- 5 years' experience in a corporate or business environment, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex processes, collaboration across departments and adhering to organizational standards
- 3 years' project management, operational compliance, human resource or staffing industry experience
- Prior experience in implementation, resource, risk, or scope management
- Professional business acumen including comfort collaborating with Senior level stakeholders
