Some of the interesting challenges you'll be facing are learning the idiosyncrasies of Wiser bots, utilizing Python to identify efficient methodologies, and balancing multiple tasks at one time.
This is an evening shift job and will require working in the following time shifts based on Daylight Saving Time (Refer: Daylight saving time in the United States)

Essential Functions:
Wiser is looking for somebody to add to our rock star Operations team. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, with analytical and technical skills, as well as a great work ethic and overall fun attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Success of operational aspects of our client's campaign delivery
- Handle any minor/major operational task within a timely manner
- Ensure the ongoing functionality of customer systems monitoring the system, jobs, import and export processes
- Become a backend / database expert for a variety of in store products
- Assist in troubleshooting product issues
- Assist the customer with system administration by processing requests to update and maintain various data points
- Act as QA and review code when fixes or code changes are made
- Work in close relationship with the Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, and other teams within the company to ensure all appropriate resources are aligned to provide value to our customers
- Develop and implement processes, procedures and tools to continuously improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and goal attainment for our customers
- Effectively track, prioritize, and ensure that data tickets meet SLAs and are resolved to total customer satisfaction and on time
- Help to develop, document, and implement support processes and metrics for the team on Confluence
- Maintain regular and reliable work attendance
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience, with technical advocacy and experience in project execution
- Successfully managed customer requests to completion and customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable success in critical thinking and executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of operational efficiency
- Adhere to a high standard of excellence and quality
- Experience/knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server Management Studio, and Python a plus
- Experience owning, managing, and driving projects forward in a timely way

Description and RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, covering project scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Provide expertise in asset discovery, patch deployment, vulnerability scanning, and policy configuration.
Customer Success & Adoption
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation phase, ensuring successful adoption and long-term retention.
- Educate and guide customers on platform capabilities, security use cases, and best practices.
- Design and manage onboarding plans, training sessions, and success criteria tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including Product Management, Support, and Engineering to resolve implementation challenges and shape future enhancements.
- Collect feedback to inform product development and improve onboarding frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., onboarding, professional services, customer success, pre-sales, or support).
- Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments , with working knowledge of Windows, Linux , and basic networking concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles , vulnerability management, compliance frameworks, and threat detection tools.
Tooling & Platform Knowledge
- Ability to deploy and manage endpoint agents, connectors, and policy configurations across diverse systems.
- Experience in working with security scanning tools, configuration baselines, patch rollouts, and dashboards.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Preferred Qualifications
