Job Title: Quality System Analyst

Department: Quality / Quality Assurance

Reporting To: Quality Manager / Head of Quality

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality System Analyst to support our organization's quality management initiatives. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and improving processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in identifying system and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO, NABH, or other applicable standards.
• Analyze data and prepare reports related to non-conformities, CAPA, audits, and process performance.
• Coordinate internal audits, document control, and assist departments in ensuring compliance with quality procedures.
• Support in policy and SOP updates, ensuring version control and proper document authorization.
• Evaluate process workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using system data.
• Provide technical support for digital QMS tools or ERP-based quality modules.
• Prepare and track quality KPIs, audit summaries, and management review data.
• Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality systems and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Systems / Quality Assurance (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, NABH, or equivalent QMS frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytical/reporting tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with audit coordination and document management systems (DMS/QMS software).
• Exposure to risk management, root cause analysis, and CAPA systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
