**About the Role:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Operations Executive** with expertise in **Air Freight and Ocean Freight** operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid **Dangerous Goods (DG) qualification** and possess excellent communication skills in both **English and Malayalam** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Handle day-to-day **Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations** including booking, documentation, and coordination with carriers, agents, and customers.
+ Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments in line with company standards and customer requirements.
+ Manage DG cargo handling as per IATA/IMO regulations and ensure compliance with all safety and legal requirements.

**Social Media Content Management**
- Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).

- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
**Public Relations and Visual Asset Management**

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
