Job Role:
As a Training and Development Associate at INTERVAL, you will play a pivotal role to drive the growth and learning culture within our organization. This role will collaborate with the L&D Manager to evaluate departmental growth opportunities, design and implement OKRs, initiate innovative learning programs, and manage training delivery. This role involves managing the delivery of various training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate departmental needs to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to design actionable strategies for bridging skill gaps.
- Align training initiatives with organizational objectives to support overall goals.
- Develop innovative learning programs using gamification, hybrid learning, and microlearning models.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions for employees across all levels.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Leverage LMS platforms and emerging technologies to optimize hybrid and virtual learning experiences.
- Prepare detailed reports on training metrics, ROI, and program impact for stakeholders
Experience :
6 months – 1 year of experience in training or a similar role
Familiarity with LMS platforms & e-learning tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 6 months-1 year of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Certifications in L&D, OKRs, or instructional design (preferred).

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Training & Development Specialist. This role is dedicated to enhancing employee growth, performance, and engagement through effective training initiatives, performance management, and development programs. You will work closely with managers, trainers, and employees to strengthen workforce capabilities and contribute to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Employee Evaluation
- Support probation and annual performance evaluation processes.
- Assist managers in collecting performance feedback and related data.
- Maintain accurate documentation of performance appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Identify training and development needs based on evaluation outcomes.
Training & Development
- Plan, design, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and development sessions.
- Monitor and manage training schedules to ensure maximum employee participation.
- Maintain records of training activities and generate progress/evaluation reports.
- Ensure all training initiatives comply with company policies and standards.
- Act as the key liaison between employees, trainers, and management.
- Support onboarding by creating and delivering training for new hires.
- Organize team-building activities and professional development events.
- Update and maintain the employee skills database to track learning and development progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software for managing training and performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
