Key Responsibilities
Entity Management & Platform Administration
- Setup and maintain all entities for Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform
- Manage comprehensive reference data setup across multiple platforms including Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal
- Execute ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in Diligent platform as required
- Support larger-scale data cleanup initiatives in Diligent as directed by enablement stories
Data Integrity & Reconciliation
- Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Implement quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies
Fund Operations & Structure Management
- Execute fund structure setup for Alternatives book of business
- Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for Alternative investments
- Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation
- Lead process reengineering initiatives, starting with Alternatives business and expanding to non-Alternatives operations
- Create and update standard operating procedures for entity management processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex entity management issues
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations
- Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform
- Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms)
- Advanced Excel skills and database management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Knowledge & Competencies
- Understanding of legal entity structures and corporate governance
- Knowledge of alternative investment fund structures and operations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for investment funds
- Experience with Luxembourg entities and structures (preferred )
- Strong organizational and project management skills
