Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TA Partner – Volume Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai . The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in high-volume recruitment , specifically within the Gold Loan industry , and will be responsible for hiring field sales and operations roles critical to Rupeek’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Volume Hiring Execution
Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles (sales/operations) in a high-volume hiring environment.
Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring plans.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring timelines.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status, pipeline, and challenges.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate quality .
Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in volume hiring within the Gold Loan industry (Mandatory)
Core Competencies:
Proven ability to hire for field sales/operations roles at scale
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and end-to-end hiring workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced , target-driven environment
