Job Location: Chennai
Experience required : 8-12 yrs
- Knowledge and minimum 6+ years’ experience in End User Computing Domain and Technologies including SCCM Infrastructure Management across various versions (SCCM 2012, 1810,1902,1906,1910).
- Extensive experience in the implementation, administration, configuration and maintenance of SCCM Enterprise environment.
- Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting.
- Sound knowledge on Security Patch Management processes and custom reporting, 3rd Party Application patching, Vulnerability Management toolsets.
- Good knowledge on SQL and WMI queries, collections, user and device affinity, collections and compliance settings.
- Experience managing an OS image for large corporate environments.
- Contribute to development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise desktop technologies.
- Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
- Able to Architect, Design and Implement complex solutions for Windows 7/10 Image Build including migration solutions, Group policies, Security feature like Bit locker, Credential and Device guard, Defender, MDT integrations, etc.
- Deep knowledge on Operating system versions (Windows 10, Windows 7, Server 2012, 2016), its configurations.
- Provide the L2/L3 support for the issues pertaining to SCCM infrastructure, Image Management and relevant services.
- Have understanding / working knowledge on Technologies like Intune, Azure, Application Packaging, and Virtualization technologies.
- Problem solving skills and Able to resolve highly escalated issues and guide L2/L1 teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.

+ Minimum 10+ years of experience.
+ **Expert-level proficiency in IBM z/OS systems** including installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
+ Strong hands-on experience with **z/OS subsystems** such as JES2/JES3, RACF, DFSMS, DFHSM, and SMP/E.
+ Deep understanding of **Mainframe storage management** , **networking** , and **system security** .
+ Proven experience in **capacity planning** , **problem determination** , **RCA (Root Cause Analysis)** , and **performance optimization** .
+ Solid background in **automation tools** (e.g., REXX, CLIST, JCL scripting, System Automation, OPS/MVS, or equivalent).
+ Expertise in **z/OS upgrades, migration, and modernization initiatives** .
+ Working knowledge of **z/OSMF** , **Zowe** , and other modern mainframe management interfaces.
+ Experience with **disaster recovery** , **high availability** , and **business continuity planning** .
+ Demonstrated ability to **lead technical teams** across geographies and manage complex multi-account environments.
+ Strong skills in **technical documentation** , **governance** , and **change management** processes (ITIL framework preferred).
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Experience with **IBM Parallel Sysplex** , **GDPS** , and **Tivoli** products.
+ Exposure to **cloud integration** , **hybrid mainframe environments** , or **Mainframe-as-a-Service (MFaaS)** solutions.
+ Familiarity with **DevOps on z/OS** , CI/CD pipelines, and **modernization frameworks** .
+ Knowledge of **Mainframe Application modernization** and integration with distributed/cloud systems.
+ Experience in **project leadership** , **client engagement** , and **technical consulting** roles.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills for **executive and customer-facing discussions** .
+ Ability to **mentor and develop technical talent** through upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives.
+ Familiarity with **vendor management** and collaboration (IBM, Broadcom, BMC, Rocket Software, etc.).
+ Industry certifications such as **IBM Certified System Programmer** , **ITIL** , or **Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2)** are a plus.
