**Required Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Required 8+ Years Experience in O365 and SharePoint portal.
+ Hybrid Exchange Management: Configure and maintain a hybrid Exchange environment, on-premises and cloud-based Exchange servers.
+ Resolve issues related to email delivery, including non-delivery reports (NDRs), SMTP errors, and email routing problems.
+ Mailbox Management: Investigate and recover missing items (emails, appointments, meetings) from user mailboxes.
+ Transport Rules and DLP: Troubleshoot and fix issues with Exchange Transport Rules (ETR) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules to ensure compliance and data security.
+ Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Exchange Online services, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or performance issues.
+ Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures, including litigation holds and retention policies, to protect data and ensure compliance.
+ Advanced Configuration: Configure and manage advanced settings and integrations, such as hybrid Exchange environments and third-party email services.
+ SMTP Relay Configuration: Set up and manage SMTP relay for email routing and delivery, ensuring secure and reliable email flow
+ Connection Issues: Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems between the SMTP relay server and the email client or other servers.
+ Relay Access Denied: Troubleshoot "Relay Access Denied" errors by reviewing permission settings, IP allowlists.
+ Email Delivery Problems: Resolve issues related to email delivery, such as non-delivery reports (NDRs), SMTP errors, and email routing problems.
+ Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the SMTP relay service.
+ Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
+ SharePoint Administration: Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions to facilitate document management and collaboration.
+ Permission Scopes Management: Manage and troubleshoot permission scopes, ensuring proper access control and security within SharePoint sites.
+ Access Control Lists (ACLs): Configure and manage ACLs to control access to files and folders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
+ Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of SharePoint services, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or performance issues.
+ Site Collection Administration: Administer site collections, including creating and managing sites, libraries
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
+ Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
+ Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
