- Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices
Required Skills:
- Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
- Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal
- Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment
- Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides
- Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments
