Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with a blend of automotive industry and professional services (consulting, agency, or tech/digital transformation).
• Proven exposure to front-end automotive functions such as brand, retail, digital sales, advertising, CX, or product innovation .
• Strong understanding of the evolving auto ecosystem, particularly around digital transformation, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies.
• Track record of delivering strategic value to auto clients in an advisory or cross-functional leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with C-level clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work across teams, manage ambiguity, and translate market insights into actionable strategies.
