Job Description
- Ensure continuous and timely provision of technical services (including startup operations) to Axens technology based units and drive customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring of the plant operations under the supervision of the department head.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved in an effective manner in coordination with the Axens France Technical Services Department whenever needed.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
On this job area you will be in charge of :
- Provide technical services and troubleshooting assistance (from office and on-site) pertaining to all Axens unit licensed technology and/or unit operated with Axens catalyst in India post sales of the technology and/or catalyst to customers under the supervision of the department head
- Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the units. Strategize and Perform unit test run by evaluating performances of the units after completion of the project by establishing the product specifications with the operating parameters in coordination with Axens France Technical Services Team
- Coordinate with Axens France for the start up and running phase operations and escalating customer grievances
- Conduct site visit at regular intervals for feedback on plant and catalyst performances and regular monitoring of the units including operating data and lab analysis
- Review lab analysis report and suggest parameters to develop performance of the unit
- Provide suggestions to clients using specific process tools for improvement of the unit operation.
- Responsible for preparation of technical procedures, on-site assistance and troubleshooting for special assignments including equipment / Reactors inspection, catalyst regeneration, catalyst sulfur stripping, catalyst loading/unloading/skimming, catalyst activation and stabilization
- Conduct specific training to ensure the new technology and/or catalyst is understood by the client
- Conduct technical services activities in foreign countries as and when required
- Maintenance of unit wise master data base for review purposes (review by department head)
- Coordination for customising technical solutions being provided to Indian customers
- Participate in seminars for business development and promoting Axens Technology
Knowledge And Level Required
- Bachelor Technical degree in Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering.
- With 5-10 years of operational experience in Petroleum Refinery Plant Operations / technical services
- Fluent English is essential for this position.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Technical Service in Refining operations
- Plant commissioning and Start ups
- Have theoretical and practical knowledge of refining processes
- Familiar with all major refining operations and possess knowledge of complex refinery operation and trouble shoot problems
- Experience in MS Block unit preferable in Isomerisation, Gasoline light ends, semi regenerative reforming or Continuous Catalyst Regeneration Reformer

Executing Sales Strategy:
- Assist Zonal Head in translating the overall sales strategy / targets for zone to individual districts and regions
- Communicate the sales targets in the form of Journey Cycle Plan to team of Sales Officers and oversee execution as per plan

Administer BitLocker and encryption policies, including reporting.

Troubleshoot and support Dell devices, including driver and firmware updates via Dell Command Update.
Create and deploy applications and OS patches using SCCM/ Intune.
Manage Cloud Management Gateway and Co-Management with Intune.
