**What You've Accomplished:**
+ BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technical field of study
+ 8+ years relevant work experience, 5+ years in consulting or product development.
+ Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) and Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC).
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog
