Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, networking, and telecom solutions.
- Procure call center–specific technologies: desktops, laptops, headsets, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and telephony equipment.
- Manage contracts, renewals, licenses, and AMCs for software and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and service providers.
