We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful urban spaces and contributing to the growth of **Thane, Maharashtra** and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of urban master plans and large-scale architectural projects.
  • Create innovative and sustainable design concepts and proposals.
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, and government agencies to define project requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new developments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architecture and urban planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and urban planning.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale urban development projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS).
  • Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning, and sustainability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
