Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. + Close collaboration with the different Cloud teams ("Operations", "Architecture", etc.) and the business IT project teams
+ Should be well versed with project management domains: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing
+ Lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer and should have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
+ Manage all project resources and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer and provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
+ Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
**Required Professional and Technical Expertise:**
+ Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree is MUST.
+ Minimum 10+years of overall experience in IT industry with 5+ years of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
+ Strong Cloud infrastructure background with Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google/IBM Cloud) migration experience
+ Leadership competencies for team building, client relations, Negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management
+ Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, and tracking of capital projects, ensuring that all administrative aspects are managed efficiently. This role is crucial in facilitating communication, documentation, and coordination across various project stakeholders.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials.
  • Track project deliverables and deadlines and follow up on action items.
  • Requisitions/P.O./Cost Tracking: Prepare, enter, and input project-related requisitions, P.O. Change Orders, bid tabulations and/or bid waivers.
  • Establish, maintain, and manage administrative and documentation portions of the project budget and enter project budgets into tracking system.
  • Financial: Chart project cash flow, audit invoices and payments to vendors/contractors, work with Capital Finance in project closings and assignment of asset values and asset numbers.
  • Contract Management: Prepare bid packages as well as other standard contract forms. Maintain bid and Field Change Order tracking systems as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain a complete Project Workspace File of ongoing project documentation files, prepare, and maintain technical specifications on equipment, and assist site personnel in the management of field documents. Prepare documents for retention.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and coordinate project specific communications. Follow up with Vendors, Engineers, and Contractors as necessary to resolve issues. Participate on project teams. Some travel may be required as part of the project team.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Education – Full time Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited university
  • 1-3 Years of Green field Project Management experience
  • Relevant experience in Engineering Contract or Construction Management.
  • Must have excellent computer skills in a variety of applications (Experience in SAP, Auto Cad, Maximo, and Microsoft office preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification

  • Strong team skills/collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently organize workload and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    Educational Qualification

    BE - Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics with 5-8 years experience

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

    • Work as an Intellectual Property & Patents coordinator responsible for evaluating the patentability of various designs & concepts.
    • Patents/Designs Filling - Assisting idea disclosure, assisting initial patent search, tracking patent & design status & other IP support.

    ISO 9001:2015 (Integrated Management System)

    • Responsible to handle ISO audit pertaining to the Design & Development & work as an Internal ISO Auditor to audit the Product Development process of the organization
    • Ensure that the process is in line with ISO 9001:2015 (IMS) requirement and support ISO audits

    Project Automation

    • Benchmarking & implementing new R&D processes in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software system
    • Collecting and analyzing data of ‘Star Clock’ – automated manhour booking system in R&D.

    Capability Building

    • Conducting periodic NPD Process orientations / Training for the R&D team members
    • Conduct regular training of NPD stakeholders on NPD process & PLM software system
