Responsibilities:
● Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing design initiatives, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication materials for global partner schools focusing on enhancing engagement with performance objectives and messaging.
● Coordinate marketing communication efforts with business, creative, performance, and tech teams to develop strategic, result-oriented designs that support program growth.
● Act as a brand advocate and custodian, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials and touchpoints.
● Spearhead new design initiatives, such as creative testing, video graphics, template optimization, to drive higher engagement and conversions.
● Manage a team of designers providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality.
● Manage collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output and look to optimize and improve marketing collateral at regular intervals.
● Work closely with stakeholders to streamline design operations and uphold creative excellence across distributed teams.
● Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in the development of collaterals. Stay updated on emerging tools (AI), design trends, and digital marketing best practices to maintain a competitive creative edge.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art
● 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
● Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams
● Familiarity in usage of AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and ChatGPT) to enhance creative workflows is a must
● Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva or Figma and Invideo (Must)
● Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
● Strong design portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives (ads, landing pages, videos) with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
● Able to work effectively in a strong cross-functional environment and drive feedback from analytical and creative partners
● Proficiency in English
● Passionate about learning the latest in design through online courses and workshops
● Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team
