We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Lead Acquisition Specialist to own and optimize our pipeline on a contract basis—with a view to full-time conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Development: Source, qualify, and nurture leads via LinkedIn, targeted email outreach (including burner-domain campaigns), and industry events
- Sales Analysis: Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, CPL, MQL→SQL ratios), identify drop-offs, and iterate outreach tactics
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) up to date—build sequences, automate follow-ups, and log activities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to align messaging, content assets, and campaign timing for each vertical
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver weekly and monthly pipeline reports, highlight bottlenecks, and project revenue
- Strategic Recommendations: Identify high-ROI segments, propose new channels or niches, and pilot A/B tests on messaging and cadence
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B business development, sales ops, or lead acquisition
- Proven track record of generating 20–30 qualified leads/month via digital channels
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with Excel (or Python) for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales-automation platforms (Apollo, Instantly.ai, Lemlist)
- Excellent written/verbal communication; able to craft human-centered outreach
- Self-starter with exceptional organization and follow-through
- Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM) and passion for AI-driven tools
