The RoleWe’re looking for an SEO Manager who can own our growth across both classic SEO and AI search surfaces. You’ll combine technical SEO chops with content strategy and data fluency—partnering with our founders and product team to turn insights into compounding organic demand.
What You’ll Do- Build and execute Relixir’s SEO & GEO strategy (site architecture, technical hygiene, on-page, programmatic SEO, and AI search visibility).
- Define and prioritize keyword/topic clusters by ICP and intent; brief and QA content with our automation workflows.
- Monitor AI search share of voice, mention/citation rates, and win-rate; translate insights into actions (new pages, refreshes, link strategy).
- Own KPI dashboards: organic sessions, SQLs, rankings, CTR, AI citation share, and content ROI.
- Lead content refresh/expansion motions; create experiment backlogs and run A/B tests where applicable.
- Partner with product on schema/structured data, internal linking, and site performance.
- Manage lightweight link-earning and digital PR initiatives.
- 3–6+ years in SEO (in-house or agency) with proven zero-to-one and scaling wins.
- Strong technical SEO: crawl budget, sitemaps, canonicalization, CWV, hreflang, schema, log-file thinking.
- Content systems: topic modeling, briefs, editorial QA, and measurement.
- Data tools: GA4, GSC, Looker/Data Studio, Ahrefs/Semrush; comfort with SQL or spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with AI search surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews) and how brands earn mentions/citations.
- Experience with programmatic SEO, headless CMS, or Next.js/React environments.
- Exposure to LLM-assisted content workflows and prompt/QA frameworks.
- B2B SaaS background and intent-driven funnel thinking.
- Growth in qualified organic traffic and pipeline.
- Improvements in AI search mention & citation share , answer win-rate, and SERP coverage.
- Velocity and impact of content releases and refreshes.
- Technical health: CWV, indexation, structured data coverage.

- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, content, and digital marketing
- Strong skills in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
