Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor for IT solutions.Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to improve their business operations.Provide ongoing support during the sales cycle, including negotiating terms, answering queries, and overcoming objections.Business Development & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress in a CRM system.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to provide insights and develop tailored solutions.Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with prospective clients.Close deals by addressing objections and ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation phase.Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.Collaboration & Reporting:

Location: Bhopal / Katni / Ratlam / Morena / Raipur / Jabalpur / Gwalior
Salary: 13.5k monthly in hand.
Only 2021 to 2024 graduates Fresher are eligible for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and dealing with walk-in customers in the branch office
- Communicating, pitching, and making customers understand regarding General Insurance product
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Providing product training and demonstrations to customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Visiting client locations for product information and deal closure
NOTE: This is a Branch + Field job.

- Age Criteria: 18 yrs-27 yrs
- Educational Qualification: Graduates (Tech, Non Tech Both), 3 yrs Diploma, B.Voc
(LLB/CA/Doctors/B.Ed/ Integrated Courses are not eligible)
- Graduate Freshers can apply, as well as those with less than 1 year of experience and no PF
- Good communication skills required
- Apprentices with contracts with other organizations are not eligible
- Both Male & Female can apply
- 6 days working with 1 week off
