  • Customize sales presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the client’s requirements are met with the right solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor for IT solutions.Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to improve their business operations.Provide ongoing support during the sales cycle, including negotiating terms, answering queries, and overcoming objections.
  • Business Development & Strategy:

    Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress in a CRM system.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to provide insights and develop tailored solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with prospective clients.Close deals by addressing objections and ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation phase.Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations.Provide regular feedback on sales activities, customer trends, and market insights to senior management.Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and other relevant company events.
