Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on operational leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, global supply chains.
- Extensive knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, transportation modes, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing remote teams and distributed operations is essential.
- APICS (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
