Position Objective
The NASTECH Order Management Specialist is an independent, enthusiastic, and globally oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. You are well-versed in international trade and end-to-end supply chain processes and take pride in delivering high levels of service and support to our team.
Eligibility Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in India and have 3–5 years of hands-on logistics operations experience in Dubai/UAE . This is a fully remote role based in India supporting our Middle East, Africa, and CIS operations.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the smooth, efficient execution of order and logistics operations across assigned regions
- Coordinate daily with global procurement, warehouse, and logistics partners to meet OTIF targets
- Prepare, review, and reconcile order documentation (P/O, S/O, invoices, packing lists, CoO, BL/AWB) and ensure compliance with UAE, GCC, and destination-country regulations
- Manage bookings, shipments, and last-mile deliveries; track and proactively resolve exceptions and delays
- Optimize freight, routing, and consolidation opportunities while maintaining service levels
- Maintain accurate ERP/OMS records, dashboards, and shipment milestones; escalate risks promptly
- Prioritize customer needs in a dynamic environment and make sound decisions under time pressure
- Support continual improvement initiatives in order flow, inventory visibility, and vendor performance
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of recent logistics/order management experience in Dubai/UAE (mandatory)
- Currently based in India with the ability to work remotely and align to Gulf business hours
- Solid knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and export documentation
- Good working knowledge of MIRSAL II and Dubai Trade services
- Experience coordinating with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers for both air and sea shipments
- Proficiency with ERP/OMS tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven stakeholder coordination across time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Analytics Lead to spearhead the modernization of our core Financial and Supply Chain analytics capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in SAP's financial (FI/CO) and logistics/supply chain (SD/MM/PP) data structures combined with significant hands-on experience migrating, optimizing, and building advanced analytical solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.
- Strategy & Architecture: Define the technical architecture and roadmap for migrating existing on-premise SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and BusinessObjects (BO) reporting to a modern, cloud-native analytics platform on Google Cloud.
- SAP Data Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for extracting, transforming, and modeling complex SAP data, including:
- Financials (FI/CO): General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Data Warehousing: BigQuery (primary target for modeled SAP data).

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in ABAP development and preferably exposure to IMOS (Integrated Marine Operations System) , particularly within the marine or shipping industry . The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement robust SAP solutions supporting marine operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, forms (SmartForms/Adobe Forms), and interfaces (IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs).
- Collaborate with functional teams (MM, SD, PM, FICO, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Integrate SAP with IMOS or other marine logistics platforms; develop interfaces or middleware integrations as required.
- Participate in technical design discussions for marine logistics processes, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, voyage accounting, etc.
- Ensure high performance of ABAP programs and troubleshoot/debug code in complex environments.
- Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
