**Job Description: Paint Shop Operator - 1 Position**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Spray painting
+ Mixing paints
+ Masking parts for painting
+ Operating paint spray guns
+ Maintaining paint booths
**Required Skills:**
+ Basic knowledge of paint spraying
+ Basic knowledge of paint mixing
+ Basic knowledge of masking techniques
+ Knowledge of paint spray guns
+ Knowledge of paint booth maintenance
**Metrics:**
+ Quality of paint finish
+ Efficiency in paint mixing and spraying
+ Proper maintenance of paint booth
**Safety:**
+ Adhere to all safety instructions and protocols
