Job Title: ESDM (Electronic System Design and Manufacturing) Trainer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ESDM Trainer to lead engaging training sessions in Electronic System Design and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will develop and implement programs that help students improve their technical skills in areas like PCB design, embedded systems, and digital electronics. Additionally, the trainer will focus on building essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. This role involves creating an interactive learning environment, monitoring student progress, and providing helpful feedback to ensure effective learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop electronic circuits using various components such as transistors, diodes, ICs, etc.

Create PCB designs for embedded systems and designs.

Conduct soldering and desoldering tasks with precision.

Teach students about electronics concepts including digital electronics, electronic circuit design, and communication engineering.

Develop lesson plans and course materials for ESDM training programs.

Impart ESDM Training:

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students on various electronic sector, including communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving and aimed at enhancing students' personality, self-confidence, and overall professionalism

Maintain Student Records:

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress, attendance, and performance in training programs.

Counsel Parents and Students:

Provide guidance and counselling to both students and parents regarding the importance of Training and their impact on future career prospects.

Collaborate with Placement Department:

Work closely with the placement department to align training programs with the skill sets required by potential employers.

Assist in preparing students for job interviews and career opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related stream.

Proven experience as ESDM Trainer or similar role.

Strong understanding of ESDM development and training methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop their electronic skills.

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Previous experience in an educational or training institution is preferred.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer with a strong background in the construction of substations , overhead transmission lines (OHTL) , underground cable works , and building infrastructure . The ideal candidate should have SEC approval and be capable of enforcing quality standards, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in line with project requirements.

Candidates with prior Saudi or GCC experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage quality documentation, including system manuals, national/international standards, technical data sheets, ITPs, and client specifications.
• Monitor and inspect civil activities, from raw material acceptance through to final testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and implement quality procedures, inspection checklists, and method statements related to civil works.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions for civil-related non-conformities.
• Ensure project quality requirements are met in compliance with PQP, ITPs, PTS, MOS, checklists, and applicable codes and standards.
• Perform internal quality audits to verify adherence to QMS requirements.
• Coordinate closely with project stakeholders including construction managers, project managers, vendors, third parties, and the TQM team.
• Provide technical guidance to the construction team for improvement in quality performance and compliance.
• Review and prepare project quality documents and ensure complete documentation (QA/QC dossiers) at project close-out.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to Quality Costs, NCRs, lessons learned, and trends in project performance indicators.
• Review project technical submittals to ensure alignment with quality and specification requirements prior to implementation.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC logs and reports, including NCR logs, proactive logs, calibration records, inspection logs, and lessons learned for reporting to the TQM department.
• Understand and interface across multi-disciplinary engineering functions and ensure all are reflected in QA/QC deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of QA/QC experience in substation, building, and infrastructure projects , including OHTL and underground cable work .
• Experience with SEC or Aramco projects is mandatory or strongly preferred .
• Strong knowledge of civil quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and material verification methods.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) standards. Certification as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
