- Prepare and maintain the projects procurement strategy for the region including management of existing project framework consultants.
- Provide oversight of project delivery to ensure project documentation is accurate, co- ordinated and properly documented.
- Ensure the use of the Project Management System, training of variable staff to ensure the full deployment of systems and tools.
- Perform periodic spot-audits of Project documentation on active projects including, but not limited to Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, Change Control Log, Cost trackers etc.

+ Must have experience Commercial buildings / corporate office/ Institutional building / Mixed use developmentand should have delivered minimum 2 projects end to end.
+ Must have knowledge of MS Projects
REQUIREMENTS
+ Degree in Civil
+ MBA in Project / Construction Management (full time) is preferred.
+ 16 + years of prior experience.
+ Corporate client experience is a must.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
He / She provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Also, approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values. Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team (typically larger more experienced team). Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
