Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Machining

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Trainer with strong expertise in CNC machining to support process development, optimization, and quality improvement for precision manufacturing operations. The role will involve CNC programming, tooling and fixture design, process validation, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient, high-precision production. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of multi-axis CNC machining , GD&T, and lean manufacturing principles, with the ability to work in regulated, high-quality manufacturing environments such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
• Create and modify CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM).
• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows, identify bottlenecks , and implement lean manufacturing improvements.
• Perform process capability studies, GDT application, and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and oversee validation activities for new processes.
• Support troubleshooting of CNC equipment and machining-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation including process sheets, setup instructions, and standard work procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on CNC machining (3-, 4-, or 5-axis).
• Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of machining materials (metals, plastics, composites) and cutting tool technologies.
• Familiarity with GD&T, CAD/CAM software, and ERP/MRP systems .
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive .
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, AS9100, or other relevant quality systems.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead the manufacturing function, working closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams. The role primarily involves leading collaborative efforts with the Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Process Optimization: Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all manufacturing departments.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and increase productivity across departments.

● Streamline manufacturing of both products properly, with inventory, vendor supply chain, SOPs, and quality checks in place

● Oversee the implementation of rigorous quality control checks and safety measures during manufacturing.

● Efficiently manage resources, including human capital, equipment, and budgets, to meet order and service delivery targets in manufacturing

● Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence and scalability for large scale production.

● Work closely with the finance team on annual budget preparation, cost analysis, cost reduction projects, and profitability improvement.

● Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with vendors and multiple stakeholders to optimise project expenses and focus on long-term strategy.

● Setting up workflows and systems with a focus on long-term business projections for manufacturing.

● Candidate with 12–15 years of experience in early-stage startups, including at least 6 years in a team leadership role in manufacturing function.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall Implementation of process management in cluster

• Technical Evaluation of Potential Raw Material & vendor

• Training & Developing of technical teams

• Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for their cluster

• Rejection analysis & suggest improvement actions

• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects

• Ensure all External and internal auditory standards as per company requirements.

• Control of Non-Conforming Productions

• Keep up-to-date on new external developments on processes for his/her cluster

• Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that

might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap Safety

• Achieve zero safety incidents

• Comply with the company's safety protocols at all times

• Participate in projects related to safety improvement

Required Skills:
