  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM) to streamline operations.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis to monitor and improve process performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
  • Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process development and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of automation, robotics, and IIoT applications in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems is a plus.
