Job Area: Blender / Extruder / Packaging /QA/ Utility-Silo all area in Production.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow site EHS norms / standard and demonstrate continual improvement initiatives at his work area.
- Maintain his area clean as per Lean 5S standard and sets example for others in keeping their area clean.
- Take initiative, self-directed and exhibit high motivational levels. To meet manufacturing metrics; assist as required on strategic projects / initiatives and drive kaizen implementation / process - quality improvement at work area. Take interest in solving problem.
- Willingly help others beyond his work area.
- Grasp fast and go into details of work initiated / assigned. Seek answers for unknown from colleagues.
- Discipline in behavior & responsible to follow standard at work area assumes responsibility for own mistake and make corrections.

- Filling of logbooks and respective area documentation with detailed down time, corrective action, COT time, lot data sheet with accountability & effective communication to next shifts.

- Knowledge - Plastics compounding Manufacturing related Process & Procedure
- Skills - Safety orientation and appreciation of safety systems. Plan & implement activities relating to his area.
