**Basic Job Requirements**

**QA Agile Testers**
Fluor is hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Agile QA Tester** with 6+ years of experience in testing web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with hands-on expertise in Selenium and experience working with onshore/offshore team models. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Work location - Vadodara, Fluor India office. This is an office position. Candidates must be able to overlap the EST time zone for 3-4 hours (until noon EST) on working days. Position is a 12-month contract with the option of extending it to the long term for the right candidate.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple project schedules at different phases of testing, and ability to prioritize.
+ Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web applications.
+ Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
+ Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
+ Document and report defects clearly and track them through resolution.
+ Demonstrate the results to Product Owner and other stakeholders for sign-off on user stories.
+ Participate as an active team member in agile team meetings including planning, sizing, daily SCRUM, and retrospective meetings.
**Basic Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field (Preferred)
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web applications.
+ Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
+ Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or Junit.
+ Strong experience programming languages such as Java, Java Script (C# is a plus).
+ Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries using relational database MySQL.
+ Strong Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
+ Understanding CI/CD pipelines and integration with Jenkins, GitHub CI, or Azure DevOps.
**Other Job Requirements**
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI
+ Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
+ ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.

This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin their professional journey in industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems.
As a GET, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior engineers. You will gain hands-on exposure to PLC programming, SCADA systems, instrumentation, panel design, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across water and wastewater treatment projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Training & Learning**
+ Participate in structured technical training programs on PLC, HMI/SCADA systems, and field instrumentation.
