Lead Process Engineer Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Oil & Gas

We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer with a strong background in chemical, hydrocarbon, petrochemical, refinery, and oil & gas sectors . The ideal candidate will have 10 to 13 years of experience in process design and engineering, demonstrating expertise in global codes, standards, and best engineering practices.

• Process Design & Engineering: Develop and review process plant designs in compliance with global industry standards. Experience with company-specific standards is a plus.
• Process Simulations & Deliverables: Prepare and review process simulations (Aspen/Hysys) , heat & material balances (H&MB), PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs .
• Equipment & Instrumentation: Create process equipment and instrument datasheets, conduct vendor technical bid evaluations, and ensure optimal selection for PDP, FEED, and DEP projects.
• Process & Safety Studies: Participate in PHA, HAZOP, and various design and safety studies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Utility & Process Packages: Develop process and utility package datasheets, review vendor documents, and validate process engineering calculations.
• Project Management & Coordination: Lead multiple projects, collaborate with clients, site engineers, and cross-functional teams , and ensure alignment with project scope and requirements.
• Quality & Compliance: Establish and monitor engineering processes, quality assurance protocols, and compliance requirements while ensuring efficient change management in scope, effort hours, schedule, and materials.
